Shipping

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to the 50 United States.

What shipping options do you offer, and what do they cost?

Standard USPS Shipping:

Orders over $60.00 (before taxes) ship free. No promo code is needed.
Orders under $60.00 ship rates are based on package weight and dimensions, mail service, and shipping addresses.

 

UPS 2nd Day Air:

Need it sooner? Select UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout. Shipping cost is based on weight and location. Weekday delivery only. (Sorry, not available for Hawaii & Alaska or PO Box and Military APO/DPO/FPO).

 

International Shipping:

Please email us at EquilibriOMbyGB@gmail.com for pricing. You’ll pay taxes and duties when you pick up your package from your local post office.

*Please note that international orders may be delayed up to four weeks due to the global pandemic.

 

How quickly will my order ship?

All orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed after 11 am EST will ship the following business day.

Returns

What is our return policy?

If your products are not a good fit for your skin you may send them back to us within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or site credit (you cover the cost of the return).

 

How do I start a return?

We’re sorry you did not enjoy your products. Please email us at equilibriOmbyGB@gmail.com or call us at (786) 389-8502 with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return and we’ll walk you through the steps!

 

Can I exchange a product?

We’re sorry, but we don’t offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return your products to us within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or a site credit if they aren’t perfect for your skin.

Orders

Where's my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from us when your order ships. Or, to check your order status login into your account and view your “Order History.” Questions about your order? Please reach out to us at EquilibriOmbyGB@gmail.com

 

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

Please email EquilibriOmbyGB @gmail.com ASAP! We will do our best to help. Delivery addresses are only able to be changed within two hours of purchase.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we will do our very best to help you! Please email EquilibriOmbyGB @gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that we are only able to cancel orders within two hours of purchase.

 

What if something is missing from my order?

Whoops! We're so sorry and are here to support you. Please reach out to EquilibriOmbyGB@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll take care of you.

 

Do you send samples?

Yes, you always get a sample with your order.

Safety Information

Essential oils are highly concentrated and potent, and it is important to always check the specific safety data provided. Keep out of reach of children, the elderly, and pets. For external use only. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. If the products have contacted your eye, wash out with vegetable oil such as olive oil, not water. Some oils may cause skin irritation in people with sensitive skin. It is recommended to perform a patch test before use. To patch the test, place a small amount on the back of your wrist and leave for an hour or more. If irritation or redness occurs wash the area with olive oil then cold water and does not use the oil. We do not recommend the ingestion of essential oils except while under the care and direction of a qualified health practitioner.
